PT will be offered through Chase Therapy Associates. We will be able to provide physical therapy for any range of reasons, including sports rehab, generalized pain, old injury issues, poor range of motion, and the list goes on. A therapist will create a program designed to help you recover from current symptoms and prevent the progression of any further issues.

 

Will you be able to accept insurance? 

Yes, we will be able to accept certain insurance policies through a few different providers, which include:

  • United Healthcare
  • Medicare
